Our top priority is the health and safety of our policyholders, employees, agents and their families. We are diligently monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and responding to recommendations made by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
New Era remains committed to ensure that our clients continue receiving the best service possible during this public health event. We have already implemented business continuity measures to ensure that our offices remain open as well as our phone lines. We will continue to take new applications, process claims, and answer any questions that you may have. If you do happen to experience a longer hold or response time than usual, please be patient as many of our employees are working remotely during this time.
As the Coronavirus situation continues to evolve daily, we urge you to consult the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website for the latest information, including how to protect yourself, what to do if you are sick, etc..

In an effort to support the well-being of our policyholders, we are immediately pausing cancellation of coverage due to non-payment for all policyholders. While we do encourage you to continue making payments on your policies, this means we will not cancel your insurance policies from now through June 1, 2020 due to non-payment.
Additionally, we will be happy to discuss a provisional payment plan or method that better suites your needs during this time. This means you may temporarily change the timing of the payments for your policies; the total amount of premiums owed remains the same. Automated bank drafts for premium payments owed will continue unless you make alternative arrangements. Please contact Customer Service to discuss revising your payment plan or method if needed.
