Best has revised the outlooks to positive from stable and affirmed the financial strength rating of A- (Excellent) and the issuer credit ratings of "bbb+" of New Era Life Insurance Company and its wholly owned life insurance subsidiaries, New Era Life Insurance Company of the Midwest and Philadelphia American Life Insurance Company, together known as the New Era Group.
