In an effort to increase our members’ access to medical savings, the network attached to our hospital indemnity and Specified Disease has changed to First Health effective 1/1/2023. Please discard any PHCS Multiplan ID cards and begin using your new First Health ID cards that were mailed to you early December. You may also access your new First Health digital ID card through your Policyholder Portal.
